There are various types of dressings and techniques available for treating wounds. If your dressing is in conjunction with a consult that the doctor at our clinic is treating, then it is bulk-billed.
Otherwise if you have walked in requesting assistance with a dressing from our nurse without a consultation with a GP from our clinic, then the fee is $15. All our nurses here at Calamvale Central Family Practice are Registered nurses that have completed wound care management courses.
