Our doctors are committed to addressing urgent concerns, including medication inquiries and emergency matters, as promptly as possible. However, due to their clinical commitments, they may not be available to take calls immediately unless the matter is urgent.

You are welcome to leave your name and a brief message with our reception staff, who will ensure your message is passed on to the relevant doctor. The doctor will respond when available, and appropriate action will be taken.

Communication Policy

All urgent phone calls and electronic communications are directed to the Practice Nurse on duty for triage and follow-up with the appropriate doctor. Non-urgent communications are handled by our reception team and forwarded to the doctor as necessary. All correspondence is carefully triaged to ensure it reaches the correct staff member or doctor in a timely manner.
