Standard Appointments

  • Standard Appointment: Our standard consultation is 15 minutes. If you require additional time or wish to discuss more than one issue, please request a longer appointment at the time of booking.
  • Longer Appointments: For more detailed consultations (e.g., full check-ups, skin examinations, insurance medicals, or counselling), please book a long appointment to ensure we have enough time to meet your needs.

Note: Long appointments must be allocated at the time of booking or in the form below.

Bulk Billing

We offer bulk billing for:

  • Children aged 16 and under
  • Pensioners Card holders

If you are unsure if you are eligible for bulk billing or concession rate please present your Medicare card upon arrival and speak to our friendly staff.

Walk-In Bookings

If you prefer not to book online, walk-ins are welcome. You can visit our clinic and book at the reception desk.

Booking Instructions

  • New Patients: We would love to meet you! Please book your new patient appointment, which requires a double booking. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
  • If you need a long appointment (for more complex consultations or procedures), please select the long appointment option in the booking form.
  • For insurance medicals, surgical procedures, pap smears, or full skin examinations, please ensure you request a long appointment at the time of booking.
  • Interpreter Services can be arranged if required. Please let us know ahead of time by calling 131 450.
  • Cancelations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to other patients.

General Information

  • Multiple Family Members: If more than one family member requires an appointment, please book separate slots for each person to ensure each gets the attention they need.
  • Prescription Checks: Ensure you have enough medication before your appointment and check your prescriptions.
  • Sutures or Dressings: If you are having sutures removed or need a dressing change, please let the receptionist know when booking.
  • Urgent Matters: If your appointment is urgent, please call us ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate you.
